In golf, nothing matters more than impact -- the moment of truth for every swing. We all know what good contact feels like -- like butter -- with the ball just melting into the clubface. However, consistent delivery into a squared-up impact requires a little more explanation. The most common problem golfers face in achieving solid contact is being late or never releasing through the impact zone. This basically comes down to how fast you cover the impact zone with your body (belt buckle) versus how far behind the clubhead is. The greater the difference, the bigger the problem.
